In anticipation of increased efforts to market the Route 73 South Redevelopment Area, the Borough launched a new webpage with the hopes of attracting potential developers.

Mayor Scheffler and Borough Council are planning a nation-wide search for an experienced company interested in potentially mixed-use redevelopment for the largely unimproved site on the south side of Route 73 measuring approximately 180 acres in size.

A Project Summary can be found on the Redevelopment page of the Borough’s website in the menu on the left.

Potential redevelopers can also complete an online form to request access to technical data and other documents that will assist in their efforts.  The voluminous amount of information is stored on a secure FTP site maintained by the Borough’s environmental consultant.
