The Borough of Palmyra Land Use Board is currently undertaking a re-examination of the Master Plan, which the state requires every ten years. The last “Reexam” occurred in 2008.

In order to obtain public input that may be considered for inclusion in the 2018 Reexamination of the Master Plan — and as suggested by members of the community — the “LUB” commissioned a survey, which was complied by the Borough’s and county’s professional planners in cooperation with a sub-committee of the Board.

As noted in the survey “The appearance and functionality of the Borough is guided through local government policy”, and wanting to give the public an opportunity to help steer these policies we’re asking you to take this short 10-minute survey. Please select the link below to begin:

The Land Use Board – or more simply LUB — meets on the third Wednesday of every month at 7:00 PM in the Court Room at Palmyra Borough Hall. Please consider attending these important meetings and have your voice heard!
