The Borough of Palmyra is accepting applications for full-time Public Works and Sewer Superintendent / Certified Public Works Manager. Must be experienced self-starter to perform all Public Works and Sewer Utility Department Head duties. Supervise full-time staff of 8+ and manage all requirements including but not limited to plant/facility maintenance, scheduling, road repairs, maintenance of equipment, vehicle/fleet management, purchasing, budgeting including assisting with capital improvement requirements, recycling activities, storm and sewer main repairs/management, and state reporting.  Must have 5 years management/supervisory experience and possess excellent written and verbal communication and customer service skills. Must be able to interact effectively with Governing Body, Administrator, engineers and other professional consultants, and the public. Must be CPWM and have experience with solid waste/water treatment systems. S-1 & C-1 preferred but not necessary.
