The Borough of Palmyra intends to participate in the SourceWell contract for Parks & Recreation & Athletics: Athletic Surfaces for the Legion Field Synthetic Turf and Installation project contract 060518-SII.

The Borough of Palmyra anticipates joining the SourceWell contract on June 20, 2023. The SourceWell contract term is:
Contract Period: 8/1/2018 thru 8/7/2023
It is the intent of the Borough of Palmyra to make a contract award to SHAW SPORTS TURF pursuant to the proposal submitted in response to the Sourcewell Request for Bid(s).
The Borough of Palmyra, NJ is permitted to join national cooperative purchasing agreements under the authority of N.J.S.A. 52:34-6.2(b)(3).
