Notice of Intent to Award Contract under a National Cooperative Purchasing Agreement – New Wheel Loader
The Borough of Palmyra intends to participate in the SourceWell contract for Public Works Equipment, contract 032119 – CNH to purchase a new Wheel Loader.

The Borough of Palmyra anticipates joining the SourceWell contract on June 20, 2023. The SourceWell contract term is:
Contract Period: 7/8/2019 thru 5/13/2024.
It is the intent of the Borough of Palmyra to make a contract award to Komatsu pursuant to the proposal submitted in response to the Sourcewell Request for Bid(s).
The Borough of Palmyra, NJ is permitted to join national cooperative purchasing agreements under the authority of N.J.S.A. 52:34-6.2(b)(3).
