The State of New Jersey Mandates A New Requirement for Landlords to Test for Lead Base Paint

Effective July 22, 2022, single family and two-family homes must be inspected for lead-based paint hazards. 
The first inspection must take place no later than July 22, 2024.  Please review the information below.
